TOPLESS BRUNCH SYDNEY #2

March 4th 2023 - Sydney

The Topless lunch in Sydney was held at the Hermetica Flowers head quarters in Woolloomooloo. The event was open to all women and non binary people.

30 people attended the lunch.

The guest speaker was Jasmin Carman who talked on:

- Connecting to our body is the antidote to displeasure

- Superficial pleasure gives us momentary joy but long term pleasure comes from within ourselves

- Using Meditation to drop into body

- Embodiment and what it means

- Practical things we can do to drop into our body (self touch, mirror work, movement and SELFIES)

- 10 min partnered practice taking selfies, hyping each other up to feel confident, sexy, good, pleasure filled

The Lunch was catered by Carly May Catering.
