Spread Your Legs To Spread The Word

When the women come to be photographed, firstly we sit in a circle and create a safe space to swap stories, get to know each other and talk vulvas. It's funny how you will go your whole life not telling your best friends certain things, and then a random bunch of girls will get together and tell each other things they have kept secret their entire lives. We completely open up (excuse the pun) and BURN OUR BODY SHAME (we literally do this by writing everything we want to burn and leave in the past, on a piece of paper and set it on fire).

We look through all the photos I have taken of the women who have come before. This is always such a great way for the girls to relax and understand what shots I will be taking of them. We usually talk and laugh for an hour or so before we strip naked and do the actual photoshoot. Only once completely comfortable do we shoot.

If you want to come and be part of the shoot, please know that you can do as much or as little as you like. There are no rules, only that you are comfortable and understand that these pictures WILL be going into a coffee table book for the world to see.

I will keep you as anonymous as possible, but obviously if you have tattoos and jewellery there is a chance that people you know will be able to recognise you in the book, so you must sign a consent form agreeing to all of these things .
